Job Booking Cancellation

Booking Deposit: All jobs require a minimum 25% deposit before the job is scheduled in our system. Goods that require specially ordered items or manufactured items may require a larger deposit.

Job Cancellations: Within 14days of installation booking - deposit is 100% forfeited. 15days or longer 50% of deposit forfeited. Jobs with items that are specially ordered or manufactured will not be entitled to a refund.

Job Rescheduling: All jobs that require rescheduling within 14days of booking require $250.00 rebooking fee.
